The renowned company Metal technology, known as one of the largest producers of Expanded metal mesh in the Balkans, has expanded its operations and capacities by purchasing the company Steel Mehanika.
This acquisition represents a significant step towards further strengthening our presence in the market and improving our offer.
Only 25 km from the border crossing, in Derventa, we rent a hall with a total area of approx. 8,500 m2 for a long period of time.
The hall consists of a porter’s office, a production area, a warehouse, a restaurant and an office area. The porter’s office has an area of 256 m2, and at the entrance it has a scale for freight vehicles (trucks). Completely fenced, it has 150 parking spaces in front of and around the business area.
The advantage of this business space for all future tenants is that in the production area, which has an area of approx. 5,083 m2, it has a crane for a load capacity of up to 25 tons, and in addition five cranes for a load capacity of 7 tons. It also has 2 piston air compressors that are connected to the production set.
The warehouse has a total area of 2,800 m2 (closed part) and 300 m2 open part (which can also be closed if desired by the future tenant).
The part intended for the restaurant and offices is 538 m2 per floor area (ground floor and first floor). Also, the possibility of adapting the office space for their needs, in terms of partitioning, making it suitable for the necessary purposes, is made available to the future tenant.
Heating is provided in two ways, using solid fuel and coal. Another advantage is the mobile loading ramp for containers.
The space has a substation with two transformers of 1,000 KW each. For all additional information about the space itself, they also have all the documentation about the construction of the halls themselves and about the quality of the concrete for possible drilling and similar actions.
